These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Taskinova™ web application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Taskinova™ owns all right, title, and interest in the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without the prior written consent of Taskinova™.

The App may contain links to websites or services that are not owned or operated by Taskinova™. Taskinova™ has no control over such websites or services and does not assume any responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You further acknowledge and agree that Taskinova™ shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
7. Taskinova Account & Cancellation Policy

Taskinova is currently free to use. We may update the introduce plans and update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes to pricing and terms by email and or by posting a notice on our marketing website and in the app.

To cancel your account, visit your app settings page;
8. Termination
We may terminate your account or your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated any of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by visiting your app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TASKINOVA™ MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE OPERATION OF THE APP, THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE APP. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TASKINOVA™ BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF TASKINOVA™ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Taskinova™ harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
13. Changes to Terms
Taskinova™ may change these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the App. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued use of the App following the posting of updated Terms will be deemed your acceptance of such updated Terms.
